Não atendem/devolvem chamadas, não respondem a e-mails, nunca apresentam disponibilidade ou vontade de realizar as atividades. Alegam constantemente, em qualquer dia do ano que não lhes seja conveniente e em qualquer lugar do país, más condições climatéricas até que o voucher expira. Durante um ano tentei marcar um voo de parapente. ZERO consideração pelo cliente. NÃO RECOMENDO DE TODO!
It is impossible to schedule activities with this company by purchasing a voucher. They do not answer / return calls, do not respond to e-mails, never show availability or desire to carry out activities. They constantly claim, on any day of the year that is not convenient for them and anywhere in the country, bad weather conditions until the voucher expires. For a year I tried to book a paragliding flight. ZERO consideration for the customer. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Fiquei sem o dinheiro e sem o voo, deixaram de atender chamadas e responder a emails. E segundo outros relatos já é recorrente.dizem que não voam sem condições... Durante mais de 1 ano nunca foram favoráveis... Desmarcaram 3 vezes e nunca mostraram interesse em agendar novamente e deixaram de responder a emails e telefonemas
Todas as reclamações têm a mesma base...
Aqui respondem às reclamações mas não atendem chamadas nem respondem aos emails enviados!

I was left without the money and without the flight, they stopped answering calls and responding to emails. And according to other reports, it's already recurrent.they say they can't fly without conditions... For more than 1 year they were never favorable... They canceled 3 times and never showed interest in booking again and stopped responding to emails and phone calls
All complaints have the same basis...
Here they respond to complaints but do not answer calls or reply to emails sent!

Nunca foi possível utilizar por falta de disponibilidade da pessoa que teoricamente iria fazer o salto connosco...
Bought a Hang Gliding Baptism + Photos and Video in 2017...
