★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitei a Forall para vender um telefone, fiquei 30 minutos a espera a porta da loja sem sequer me perguntarem o que pretendia e quando finalmente sou atendido dizem-me que só compram se lhe quiser comprar um também. Péssima atenção ao cliente.
I visited Forall to sell a phone, I waited 30 minutes outside the store without even being asked what I wanted and when I finally got service they told me that they would only buy it if I wanted to buy one too. Bad customer service.

Para melhorar a experiencia, o telemóvel no primeiro carregamento, aqueceu e nunca mais voltou a ligar. Estou à três dias a tentar contactar via email e telm e não respondem nem atendem. VERGONHOSO!
One star because I can't give none, I bought an iphone 8Plus, which took 1 month to arrive, when the forecast was 15 days. To improve the experience, the phone on the first charge, warmed up and never turned on again. I've been trying to contact you via email and tel for three days and they don't respond or answer. SHAMEFUL!
