★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja do centro comercial de alvalade. Péssimo serviço. Não vá a estas lojas. Comprei um cabo para carrgear o I-phone com garantia de 1 ano. Deixou de funcionar ao fim de poucos meses e quando me dirigi à loja disseram-me que o cabo tinha sido violado.... Esta conclusão foi tirada apenas olhando para o cabo!!!! Disseram ainda que se o cabo tinha algum problema eu deveria ter ido à loja mais cedo, apesar da garantia de um ano estar lonje de terminada. Todo o atendimento ao cliente após a compra é no sentido de não assumirem reponsabilidade. Recusaram-se ainda a mostrar-me os termos da garantia. Fiz queixa no livro de reclamações e aguardo contacto para resolução do problema. De fugir mesmo! RB
Alvalade shopping center store. Poor service. Do not go to these stores. I bought a cable to charge the I-phone with a 1 year warranty. It stopped working after a few months and when I went to the store I was told that the cable had been tampered with .... This conclusion was reached just by looking at the cable !!!! They also said that if the cable had a problem, I should have gone to the store earlier, despite the one-year warranty being over. All customer service after purchase is in the sense of not taking responsibility. They also refused to show me the terms of the guarantee. I made a complaint in the complaints book and await contact to solve the problem. To run away! RB
