★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para quem tenha interesse em saber mais acerca desta Transit Mk.2, a carrinha era de um senhor (que infelizmente já não está entre nós) que vendia roupa nos mercados. A carrinha foi parar a este terreno por motivos de acidente.
PARA QUE FIQUE BEM CLARO, não há qualquer lenda, não há qualquer trânsito nem há nada do que dizem. Apenas está lá a carrinha.
For those interested in knowing more about this Transit Mk.2, the van belonged to a gentleman (who unfortunately is no longer with us) who sold clothes in the markets. The van ended up on this land due to an accident.
TO BE CLEAR, there is no legend, there is no traffic and there is nothing they say. Only the van is there.

Dica: chegue cedo para evitar filas.
Você pode contemplar esta maravilha por enquanto de forma gratuita. Por favor não divulguem muito nas redes sociais porque pode tornar-se demasiado turística e quando começar a chegar excursões temo que se comece a pagar bilhete.
Ver por fotos é uma coisa, mas ver ao vivo pode deixá-lo sem fôlego. É de cortar a respiração de tão lindo ser.
É impressionante todos os detalhes, todos os parafusos e a tecnologia de ponta que pode ver.
No dia que fui visitar acampei 1 dia para poder ver todos os pormenores.

Absolutely fantastic.
Tip: arrive early to avoid lines.
You can contemplate this wonder for now for free. Please don't advertise too much on social media as it can become too touristy and when tours start arriving I fear you will start paying tickets.
Seeing by photos is one thing, but seeing it live can take your breath away. It is breathtaking to be so beautiful.
It's amazing all the details, all the screws and the latest technology you can see.
On the day I went to visit I camped 1 day to see all the details.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone says if you go to Guarda you must see the Ford Transit and I was worried it might be a bit too touristy. But WOW what an amazing experience. You need to spend a full day there to really do it justice and it's worth getting there early to avoid the crowds. Don't waste money on a guide, just wander round and soak up the majestic splendor of this ruined van and imagine all the people who must have driven it and all the things it must have carried. A truly life affirming experience!
