★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de ser um importante marco histórico da cidade, poderia estar melhor cuidado, à primeira vista não desperta muito a atenção para conhecê-lo e mesmo para fotos.
 Despite being an important landmark in the city, it could be better taken care of, at first glance it doesn't attract much attention to get to know it and even to take pictures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t waste your money! It’s now 2 euros just to walk around on a terrace. Maybe before it was cool but all the rooms are closed, there’s literally nothing to see. If you want a nice view of the bay you can walk up a hill for free.
