The quality of food is exceptional and the amount of choice is wonderful, not to mention the fun of seeing your meal being cooked in front of you with expertise and flair! Amazing fish, seafood and meat dishes along with the best sushi for those who enjoy. Even the desserts are a spectacle as you watch ice cream filled pancakes being made! We've been here twice on our one week holiday and enjoyed as much the second time as the first, cannot recommend enough with attentive service. Plus a fun twist on the classic caipirinha made with sake and kiwi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had starters and tapenyaki, the food was great and you get lots and the staff are lovely and friendly. It’s nice to see such lovely food cooked right in front of you.
Our starters were sesame chicken, chicken leg skewers and tempura prawns. The tiger shrimp tapenyaki were great as was the scallops and cuttlefish.
Lovely place, highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent food with a skilled teppanyaki chef that creates an entertaining environment for the whole family. I enjoyed sushi but will definitely be back to have the teppanyaki as others in the family had it and it looked amazing. Kids were well served with simple rice dishes but the older one had sushi and noodles. Planning to go again in this trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Japanese Restaurant west of Tokyo! We were made to feel like old friends immediately by the incredible family who own the restaurant. They were a delight and the food was amazing. Every bite was incredible. Do yourself a favour, don’t walk but run to this landmark taste of Japanese flavour in the algarve.
