★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui, hoje, dia 8 de Julho, pelo meio dia, à Galp de Alijó a fim de lavar o meu carro. O funcionário - suponho de nome Rui - disse-me peremptoriamente que não podia lavá-lo. Questionei-o sobre o dia em que o podia fazer. Respondeu-que nunca. Incrédula, perguntei-lhe porquê, o que o levava a dar uma resposta desse género, verdadeiramente inadmissível. Informei-o de que iria apresentar uma reclamação. Mudou de atitude, foi buscar a agenda, marcou para dia13 às 16h - 5 dias e meio depois, alegando muito trabalho e não poder lavar mais de 4 carros por dia.
De imediato, desloquei-me a uma oficina de Alijó, onde o meu carro foi prontamente lavado!
É pena esta falta de profissionalismo e de grosseria no trato com clientes, dissuasora de uma nova visita, porque os proprietários são educadíssimos.
Today, on the 8th of July, at noon, I went to Galp de Alijó to wash my car. The official - I suppose his name was Rui - told me adamantly that he couldn't wash it. I asked him about the day he could do it. He replied that never. Incredulous, I asked him why, which led him to give such an answer, which is truly unacceptable. I informed him that I was going to file a complaint. He changed his attitude, went to get the agenda, scheduled for 13th at 4 pm - 5 ½ days later, claiming a lot of work and not being able to wash more than 4 cars a day.
Immediately, I went to a workshop in Alijó, where my car was promptly washed!
It is a pity this lack of professionalism and rudeness in dealing with customers, deterring a new visit, because the owners are very polite.
