I came already in 2012 and it was a pleasure to taste this delicious food again. I especially loved the beef with potatoes, the baccalau fish cake and the liver. We were 4 friends from France, the Brazilian waiter was very very friendly, you could see straight from his eyes how a nice person he is. I also tried their restaurant and the service was what you can expect from a French restaurant but at a very fair price. Most recommended.

Love the place! Had been here twice: Once for wine only and once for food as well. Has received super servings both times, both when it comes to the wine and food, but for sure also to the service. Fantastic staff, they make you enjoy your evening ten fold.

Oh yeah! This is one of my favourites! This guy behind the counter knows to do his job very well. They have great cheeses to choose from. The wines can be expensive, around the 15euro per glass but the 5 euro wine (Paulo something) was very good. We really enjoyed the wine and cheese and came back the same evening! We will definitely come back to this place.

Very nice service, very attentive. I was not too hungry, so I only had salad and cheese - the salad was a little plain but they have a good selection of local cheese. My partner had the clams, they were great. A little expensive compared to other restaurants in the erea.

Two years ago, we had a wine tasting there, which was outstanding. We want to go back this year and have requested reservations 3 times in the past 3 weeks. No one responds to the emails! What is the email address for making reservations that someone will answer?

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The grilled octopus and grilled black pork were the highlights. Great place if you want to buy bottles and learn about local wines.

Do a reservation. The place can get crowded and it’s quite small. Great wines, great cheese, great conversation and good price! This place is awesome! The waiter really know what to suggest to you, the food is amazing. Get two kinds of cheese, some wine and just enjoy your moment. To finish the night, ask for a Moscatel de Setubal wine, it’s sweet and really good!

Fantastic food, very nice people and a beautiful quiet street. We shared The Bulhao Pato clams as a starter and then had the grilled sardines, of course, the iconic Lisbon dish. It was simply served and quite delicious with punched potatoes and salad. We also had a beautiful gambas açorda (bread mash). All that + drinks for not very expensive. Wonderful!
