Fui abastecer o meu carro, no vosso posto de combustível de Belas. Quando me preparei para pagar com moedas a vossa funcionária disse que só aceitavam 25 moedas e rudemente acrescentou que: "Nós não somos bancários!!!" Ainda disse que eu poderia pagar com notas, moedas e cartão multibanco, mas aparentemente, não posso pagar com moedas. Eu levava comigo moedas de €1,00 e €0,50, e por sorte tinha levado o cartão de débito, se não gostaria de saber como teríamos resolvido esta situação.
Não creio que esta atitude não vos represente, mas se assim for, lamento.
Compreendo se for uma regra, aceitarem o máximo de 25 moedas, mas cuspir uma resposta como recebi, não é de todo aceitável.

I went to fill my car, at your gas station in Belas. When I prepared to pay with coins, your employee said that they only accepted 25 coins and rudely added that: "We are not bankers !!!" I also said that I could pay with notes, coins and ATM card, but apparently, I can't pay with coins. I was carrying € 1.00 and € 0.50 coins, and luckily I had taken the debit card, if you would not like to know how we would have solved this situation.
I do not believe that this attitude does not represent you, but if so, I am sorry.
I understand if it is a rule, accepting a maximum of 25 coins, but spitting out an answer as I received it is not at all acceptable.

Não tenho a mais pequena queixa acerca dos combustíveis, antes pelo contrário.
Aqui, os combustíveis são muito mais baratos que nas gasolineiras tradicionais, e são de qualidade.
E os abastecimentos são muito rápidos, como não tem loja de conveniência, as pessoas abastecem, entram nos carros e dirigem-se para a saída, onde pagam ao postigo.
Serviço rápido, barato e eficiente!

Fuels here are much cheaper than in traditional gas stations, and are of high quality.
And the supplies are very fast, as there is no convenience store, people fill up, get in the cars and go to the exit, where they pay the wicket.
