Uma verdadeira família onde a ajuda e atenção está sempre presente! Very good space, sells a real product not like those chains where it's all "supposedly cheap" but where then you want to make money up with the water! A true family where help and attention is always present!

É uma ginásio pequeno, tipo box. Disponibiliza uma sala para cardio e musculação e outra para aulas de grupo. Não tem piscina. FitCompany is a reference gym in the Carcavelos area, which celebrates hands of 20 years of experience. Fixed price, no membership packages. It's a small box-type gym. It has a room for cardio and weight training and another for group classes. There is no swimming pool.

Ambiente acolhedor, os instrutores são 5 estrelas, e neste momento em plena pandemia, sinto-me completamente segura a frequentar o ginásio! I've been going for years and I can't be more satisfied! Cozy atmosphere, the instructors are 5 stars, and at this moment in the middle of the pandemic, I feel completely safe going to the gym!
T	The number The fall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo horário de funcionamento, o instrutor noturno é completamente despreparado, o instrutor diurno entretanto é um ótimo profissional, mas novamente, o horário não favorece a academia, que Acre tarde, fecha cedo e não funciona mais parte do tempo, tenho que acabar me adaptando ao horário dela que é normalmente o horário de serviço de todos Bad opening hours, the night instructor is completely unprepared, the day instructor however is a great professional, but again, the schedule doesn't favor the gym, which Acre late, closes early and doesn't work anymore part of the time, I have to adapt her schedule, which is normally everyone's working hours.
