This company steals from you and make you pay a 1 year contract which they "automatically" renew after for a fix period of 6 months !! My renewal took place DURING confinment and without even advising me. I am now stuck with this contract until december and they are forcing me to pay 50 euros per month while it is still COVID .... very unprofessional - I do not recommend it. The answer they gave me feels like a bad insurance compagny.

Pros: Installations and equipment seem quite new. Nice large lockers and some dressing nooks in the dressing room. It isn't crowded. Group classes reservation on site and 30 min before the class, so most of the time you can get a spot. Has water fountains! Reasonable price (30-40€ per 4 weeks with-without time restrictions) for the amenities (pool, sauna, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, group classes and gym area). Cons: Mandatory 1 year contract and according to online reviews they do not facilitate if to you have to break it! Read the contract carefully, sellers fail to point the less positive aspects - in my case I was not told the week payment is always monday to sunday, which means that if you start in the middle or the end of the week, you still pay for all of it! When I pointed out that I should have been told, the response was that it was logical. Except that for me what would be logical (and is done in other gyms like FH) would be that the week would be counted from the moment I enrolled (Tuesday to Monday for example). Other less positive aspects: - you can only go once per day or you will be charged extra; - 40€ enrolment; - beware of any extra services, they will try to mess with your head to get you to buy more services. A gym is a business, so always keep that in mind. They always tell you that you are incredibly fat and going to the gym is not enough, you need to pay them more for extra services... Examples are: * physical assessment: is more of a way to pressure clients into buying sessions with a personal trainer than something to help the client; 130€ for 6 Personal Trainer sessions (I find 20€ per hour expensive, but I'm not aware of the prices in the market) * nutritionist appointment: a way to get clients to pay 20€/month more, for the continuation of that service. To anyone that has a perception of problems with their weight - if you want to really know if there is an issue with your weight, go to a medical doctor! Preferentially one from the national health system, which have no personal gain from you as a customer. If you want to lose weight, either by medical need or just because, do seek the help of a nutritionist but not from a gym!

Large spacious facility with high ceilings and lots of natural light. Clean and we'll maintained, Solinca offers a large changing room, pool, cardio space, 3 weight rooms and a functional rooftop. The are covid conscience and utilize their outdoor space to allow for both group fitness classes and personal fitness needs.

This is the best place to unwind and relax. All staff are so pleasent and communicative. First of all it's a separate building specifically built for Solinca gimnasium. Parking is in the basement, Spa, turkish bath, sauna, whirlpool bath, showers, lockerooms on ground level. Recepcion, swimming pools, large yoga/pilates/ impact etc room, and cycling room are on first floor. Machines. . On second. Mini football on the roof. Everything is clean and well maintained. As I understud it's the part of Solinca fitness chain. But i tried Solinca in Vasco de Gama shoping centar in Lisbon and it was total disaster. So if you want REAL wellness go to Solinca Oeiras. .....And i'm totaly comming again. Thanx to all the staff

The below review was for before the remodel. It's improved dramatically in the past few months. They now have a functional training area and upgraded free weights area. But the one thing they still don't have: THERE ARE NO PAPER TOWELS AND SPRAY CLEANER TO CLEAN OFF THE MACHINES! RIDICULOUS. I SWEAT LIKE CRAZY ON MATS AND ALL OVER THE MACHINES LIKE EVERYONE ELSE THERE WITHOUT CLEANING IT UP WHEN I LEAVE! WHY? Because there are now towel wipe down stations. Spend a few extra bucks and help make this place less disgusting! Pros: 40 Euros a month for the anytime package, it' big, sauna, pools, diverse classes, not too crowded, steam room, free towels, and hot tub. Cons: Lacks cleanliness, a lot of broken machines, TVs aren't working properly (they look like they are running on a bad antennae), the space is not used well, but they do have a lot of it. But what can I say... it is close to my house, it has the the equipment I need. The service is pretty good and I enjoy working out here. My biggest complaint is cleanliness. It's amazing to me that they don't supply anything to clean the equipment after my sweaty ass uses it. I end up drying it off with the towel I've been sweating on for 1 hours. To add to that, I've never seen anyone cleaning during work out hours!!! It feels a little dirty and with a minor investment, the place could be so much nicer. I will pay 50 instead of 40 if you are worried about the cost!!

The swimming teacher that my five-year-old son has is excellent. The big issue with the gym is that unfortunately there is NO HOT WATER for the children to take a shower after class. I have informed the administration many times since December. I see no response! It's very sad…
