★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desagradável, porque deixei o carro no parque, quando saí do ginasio,para ir ao Mac. Demorei dez minutos.Quando cheguei estava trancado lá dentro. Quem fechou o parque não se deu ao cuidado de verificar de quem era o carro. Fiquei sem ele o fim de semana, após tentativas de ligar para a segurança sem resultados...
 Unpleasant, because I left the car in the park when I left the gym to go to the Mac. It took me ten minutes. When I arrived it was locked inside. Whoever closed the car park did not bother to check whose car it was. I was without it over the weekend, after trying to call security with no results...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo local para a prática do desporto. Boas instalações sempre limpas e higienizadas. Máquinas e restante equipamento em muito bom estado de funcionamento. Corpo docente empenhado no trabalho. Recomendo este local.
Great place to practice sport. Good facilities always clean and sanitized. Machines and other equipment in very good working order. Teaching staff committed to work. I recommend this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom Ginasio, para alem de cheirar a catinga la dentro, ta top. O pessoal que la vai nao toma banho. Aulas de kickbox parecem mais aulas de balé, um gajo quer andar a porrada e nao pode. Maquinas todas defs que o Miguel ate deixou de pagar a prestaçao e quase que ia preso. Com o covid nao pagaram o dinheiro de volta, foi so mamar, e agora gastam o dinheiro do people em frascos de alcohol que depois de acabar sao reenchidos com vinagre, que um gajo cheira as maos parece que fez uma salada. Mas de resto, Bom ginasio.
Good Gym, in addition to smelling like catinga inside, it's top. The people who go there don't shower. Kickbox lessons are more like ballet lessons, a guy wants to kick ass and can't. All machines defs that Miguel even stopped paying the installment and was almost arrested. With the covid they didn't pay the money back, it was just to suck, and now they spend people's money on alcohol bottles that after finishing are refilled with vinegar, which a guy smells like he made a salad. But otherwise, good gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym opened up at around September 2017 if I am not mistaken so all the machines are still in really good condition. The gym is spacious and there are a lot of different classes to choose from. The personal trainers are helpful and usually nice. There is an underground park in case you need it. As the walls of the space are mainly glass all over, you get a lot of natural light inside. There are two negatives about this gym though: you cannot regulate the temperature of the shower water and so sometimes the water is either too hot or a bit cold. Also, it seems the air conditioner might not be powerful enough and so I expect that during the summer there might be several complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall it's ok. Just needs some fix ups of the building, a swimming pool, better heating in the locker room during winter, a better looking locker room and most importantly, to be possible to regulate the shower water temperature and pressure
