Recusaram até ao último momento o livro de reclamações.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De lamentar a falta de profissionalismo por parte dos seus colaboradores, bem como a ineficácia que demonstraram para resolver alguns problemas durante a estadia. Sabendo que existia um problema (falta de água quente) ocultaram a situação e foram incapazes de o resolver durante 7 dias. Falta de simpatia por parte dos seus colaboradores. Na altura de check-out recusaram entregar livro de reclamações tendo sido necessário chamar a Polícia. Falta de profissionalismo acima de tudo, brincaram com um grupo de amigos que apenas queria aproveitar umas férias descansados. Não recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta imobiliária é desonesta e nada transparente pois alugou um apartamento de férias sem garantir as condições previamente estabelecidas: sem água quente, falta de limpeza e sofá-cama apenas para uma pessoa quando o combinado seria para duas. De referir que saberiam antemão os problemas da casa, pois fui informado de tal no primeiro contacto. Várias tentativas de contactos sem resolução dos problemas e passando a responsabilidade de pessoa para pessoa. Os colaboradores não mostraram a mínima compreensão pela satisfação dos clientes. Para além de não querem disponibilizar recibo de pagamento, recusaram fornecer o livro de reclamações sendo necessário acionar a PSP de Portimão. Não recomendo.

GlobalPlano rented an apartment knowing in advance that there wasn't hot water and sufficient water pressure. During our stay, the staff had never proactively tried to solve the issues, always postponing the resolution of the problem.
The apartment wasn't properly cleaned, a serious situation especially considering that we are going through a pandemic.
The staff was rude and refused to hand over the receipt and the complaints book until the police were called.
