★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the 7th of February 2022, I contact by telephone this agency both the lady that answered the telephone as well as the sale consultant Nuno Santos assured me 4 times on this day the property land that I was interested in buying in Belavista Lagoa was available, too lazy to meet with us sent me the coordinates to the land location, we loved the land and called back immediately to indicate we wanted to proceed with the deal no offer made paying price they asked, Nuno Santos called back to say the land was sold last week. Too lazy to call the owner first to confirm if the property was available on the day we wanted to view the property or to ensure the right information reaches the client and too lazy to meet us at the property location what a desvastating disappointment and lack of professionalism.
