Terrible attendance. The employee doesn't even look at you when you ask a question. I don't know how Apple allows a company like this to be authorized by you.

Também me falou que só me daria detalhes que questionei, sobre a instalação, mas que primeiro teria de pagar. Não bastasse isso, chegou outro cliente e após pegar o dinheiro do pagamento, pediu-me que aguardasse 5 minutos para que pudesse atender o próximo. Eh claro que deste profissional não valeria a pena pegar mais nada; já estava com o produto fui embora. Não esperava encontrar numa empresa com bandeira da Apple empregados com tão pouca qualificação. The professional who attended me didn't know the details of the product, an Apple Watch 7. V	V de Diego on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst client attention ever. I went there with my old Mac book pro, as it didn’t switch on. So I didn’t know if it was a problem of the charger or the computer. So I ask if it was possible to try a charger the have in store. First of all, they don’t have chargers to try in the store (“oh your Mac is old”) so the suggestion he gave me if that I can’t try the charger if I don’t buy it (???!). Apparently, company policy. Secondly, he sent me to fix my computer -even thought we didn’t know if it was broken or it was the charger- 5km away, to another shop. Good. My solution: went to fnac, told my problem, the guy kindly open an old charger for me, give me a chair to sit and a plug to try. It didn’t work. Took my computer to take a look on their fix office. I will fix my computer there but, too, I bought a new one. Sorry guys, you just have lost not just a buy but a client. Unbelievable. Worst company attention ever. Well done, GMS.
