A política de devoluções é péssima. Não pude trocar um produto que me foi dado como prenda apenas por ter aberto a embalagem.. A Apple tem uma política de devoluções total durante os primeiros 15 dias. Não faz sentido que um revendedor tenha uma política diferente. A evitar!
The returns policy is terrible. I couldn't exchange a product that was given to me as a gift just for having opened the package... Apple has a full returns policy for the first 15 days. It doesn't make sense for a reseller to have a different policy. To be avoided!

Mau serviço Pedi um adaptador para iPad (comprado nessa loja ) usb para pen O empregado q me atendeu apareceu com q custou só 45€ e comentou q sorte só tínhamos um !!! Fantástico reparei q estava a ser enganado pois o tal q só tinha um é usb para cam??? Coisa q eu nunca pedi …… Voltei dia seguinte trocar e mais um Espanto N aceitam trocas pq tive q abrir a embalagem para verificar q fui enganado . Acho q deviam rever a vossa atitude ou então terem empregados mais atentos ao cliente
bad service I ordered an adapter for iPad (bought at this store) usb to pen The employee who helped me came up with that cost only 45€ and commented how lucky we were only one!!! Fantastic I noticed that I was being deceived because the one that only had one is usb for cam??? Something I never asked for... I came back the next day to change and one more Astonishment They don't accept exchanges because I had to open the package to verify that I was scammed. I think you should review your attitude or have employees more attentive to the customer

Very poor customer service and commercial sense. I came in to replace the plastic cover of my iPhone screen. The sales rep removed my existing cover, and then installed a new Belkin cover but installed it improperly, failing to remove some bubbles. He then decided to go ahead and try to install a second new cover, but… he was out of stock. He proposed me to come back another day when they would have stock, but couldn’t give me a date… He and his manager then wanted me to pay for the cover improperly installed and defective now, and come back later (with no deadline…) to get a second proper cover installed. I obviously didn’t want to pay now for a defective / improperly installed cover. But I didn’t want either to leave without a cover, leaving my phone exposed, since the sales rep had already ripped off and damaged my old cover. The store manager left me no choice but to leave without a cover, and he ripped of the new improperly installed cover, as he didn’t trust me that I would come back for installing a correct one and paying then. Why would I trust them to install later (without a deadline!) a second new cover after I would have paid for this first improperly installed one, when they didn’t trust me to leave with the improperly installed cover (since they had thrown away and damaged already my old cover, which I couldn’t use anymore) and pay once they would have installed a second one properly? After all, they are the ones who screwed up the installation! This is very poor customer service and commercial sense. At the end of the day, I am left with an exposed phone without a cover. I would clearly never come back to GMS. They are often out of stock anyway. This was the third time that I had came into that store to replace the cover, but they never have any stock. It is quite a shame to be treated so poorly as a customer. In 2021, I spent about 5,000 € in Apple products, but not through GMS as they are often out of stock. I am done with them. If you need Apple products in Portugal, I recommend using Apple.com solely. Looking at the google poor rating for this store, I am not surprised I am not the only to complain about this store.
