Máquina de lavar roupa comprada há 5 meses e já tive de chamar a assistência técnica 3 vezes. Pior compra e marca de sempre! Nunca mais vou comprar LG!
Washing machine purchased 5 months ago and I have had to call technical assistance 3 times. Worst buy and brand ever! I will never buy LG again!

Comprei na Worten combinado LG ha 2 anos e 2 meses. Técnico diagnosticou fuga de freon não localizada e informou que NÃO tem reparação possível. Como a garantia terminou ha 2 meses o combinado vai para o lixo. A LG é uma FRAUDE encapotada. Caro colaborador LG não identificado. Obviamente já tinha preenchido o vosso formulario de reclamação e dado inicio a uma "novela".
I bought at Worten combined LG 2 years and 2 months ago. Technician diagnosed non-localized freon leak and reported that there is NO repair possible. As the warranty ended 2 months ago, the combined item goes to waste. LG is a cloaked FRAUD. Dear unidentified LG employee. Obviously I had already filled out your complaint form and started a "soap opera".

Comprei máquina de lavar LG, passado oito dias reclamei na loja que tinha defeito de fabrico,mandei as fotos para a LG Portugal,mandaram o técnico com uma peça de substituição ,não resolveram o defeito,como ainda me conseguiram avariar a máquina e fiquei dois dias sem máquina. A vergonha é que agora não querem assumir que é defeito de fabrico,"Mas por as fotos que têm em poder sabem que é defeito de fabrico" A minha revolta é que este ano já gastei mais de um milhar € em produtos LG. LG nunca mais, assistência ao consumidor do pior que há.
I bought an LG washing machine, after eight days I complained at the store that there was a manufacturing defect, I sent the photos to LG Portugal, they sent the technician with a replacement part, they didn't solve the defect, as they still managed to damage the machine and I got two days without a machine. The shame is that now they don't want to assume it's a manufacturing defect,"But because of the photos they have in their possession, they know it's a manufacturing defect" My anger is that this year I have already spent more than a thousand euros on LG products. LG never again, customer service as bad as there is.

Experiência com LG horrivel não recomendo a ninguém. Comprei um frigorífico tipo americano, reclamei na 1 semana veio o técnico Bruno, chegou mudou uma peça sem fazer qualquer teste . Ficou igual, voltei a reclamar dizem que o barulho do motor é normal ( mais parece um tractor ). Então venho por este meio convidar alguem da LG a vir passar 24h a minha casa.
Horrible experience with LG do not recommend to anyone. I bought an American type refrigerator, I complained within 1 week, the technician Bruno arrived, he changed a part without doing any test. It was the same, I complained again, they say the engine noise is normal (it looks like a tractor). So I hereby invite someone from LG to come and spend 24 hours at my house.

Não aconselho a marca por causa da Assistência técnica e garantia. Efectuei reclamação por falta de imagem intermitente do monitor 29WK500, o técnico deslocou-se e disse que não identificou nada. Voltou a acontecer logo a seguir a acabar a garantia (desta vez não liga mesmo) e a LG não quis assumir apesar do problema ter ocorrido durante a garantia. Não efectuou a reparação na garantia remetendo os custos de uma reparação para o comprador agora. RNU200414038238
I do not recommend the brand because of technical assistance and warranty. I complained about the lack of intermittent image on the 29WK500 monitor, the technician moved and said he didn't identify anything. It happened again right after the warranty expires (this time it doesn't really turn on) and LG didn't want to take over despite the problem having occurred during the warranty. If I could give a minus review , I will gladly do so. Bought my first LG TV and when I switched it on, the screen was cracked. When I contacted LG, they did absolutely nothing apart for directing me to one of there repair centers. Who quoted a starting price of 593€ plus 18.50€ a total 611,50€ before even the labor cost. The television cost 359€. Can anyone explain to me the logic in this? First and last time buying an LG product and I hope no one faces the same issue or treatment.
