★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Necessitava de imprimir documento para segunda-feira. Depois da lei de Murphy me ter atacado 3 vezes seguidas - fiquei sem tonar a um domingo com tudo fechado, o backup afinal já estava a uso e, já na segunda-feira, o local habitual estava fechado.
Corri até ao centro de cópias do Corte Ingles. À minha frente estava duas pessoas, uma ia tratando da impressão de fotos, assim que a colaboradora que a atendia viu que a cliente estava confortável com o sistema passou a atender o cliente seguinte. Este debatia-se com dificuldade em encontrar o e-mail. A colaboradora enquanto ele procurava chamou-me (teria reparado que eu olhava para o relógio de 10 em 10 segundos?…) e, após ouvir o meu pedido, despachou-o com uma rapidez impressionante. JOANA SILVA, o seu profissionalismo, aliado à simpatia e capacidade de multi-tarefa foram notáveis, Parabéns. A empresa tem motivos para ter um enorme orgulho em a ter nos quadros. Obrigado!
I needed to print a document for Monday. After Murphy's law attacked me 3 times in a row - I didn't feel like a Sunday with everything closed, the backup was already in use after all, and on Monday, the usual place was closed.
I ran to the Corte Ingles copy center. In front of me were two people, one was taking care of printing photos, so the employee who attended saw that the client was comfortable with the system started to serve the next client. He struggled to find the email. The collaborator while he was searching called me (would he have noticed that I looked at the clock every 10 seconds?…) And, after hearing my request, dispatched it with impressive speed. JOANA SILVA, her professionalism, combined with friendliness and multi-tasking skills were remarkable, Congratulations. The company has reason to take enormous pride in having it on the staff. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentável. Liguei do estrangeiro para encomendar um trabalho e nem me deixaram falar. Despacharam-me de uma forma indelicada dizendo que se não fosse lá presencialmente não imprimiam.
Unfortunate. I called from abroad to order a job and they didn't even let me talk. They dispatched me in an impolite way saying that if I didn't go there in person, they wouldn't print.
