★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, with good and simple food. The menu is not that diverse, but its completely enough for the dinner. As it is mentioned the sausage and cheese is included into the final bill, but the owner/waiter mentions that before you eat them. Probably, if you don’t touch them you wouldn’t pay.
We ordered fish for two and were completely satisfied with the quality and taste of the dish. Moreover, once we asked for extra salad, we were provided with it for free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this place by accident looking for outside seating for dinner. Unpretentious place, nice service with a warm feeling. Very good prices compared to some other restaurants close by (and yes, they tell you that appetizers cost extra - we had the chorizo as it was hot and delicious!) Had the salmon and dourada: both dishes big and satisfying. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and I interrupted the family who own this spot while they were enjoying their family dinner on Saturday evening. They allowed us to join them and made us a delicious pair of Sea Bass with lovely salad. All the while they chatted very pleasantly to us and made us feel part of the family. The wine and dessert were also lovely. Very genuine people with genuine Portuguese food in a family setting. Thank you guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely loved this family-run restaurant. The meats were of outstanding quality, all cooked by the wood -fire master in the kitchen. The table wine was tasty and a perfect compliment. I'm not sure who made their aguardiente, but it was absolute fire and perfect cap to the evening.
Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend. If you want authentic Portuguese atmosphere and food this is a great option. Lovely couple who run the place, very warm and friendly. The grilled bass is a must, cooked on open coals - beautifully crisp and flavoursome. Came for my girlfriend’s birthday and received a complimentary desert. Worth visiting!

I really enjoy it and then it was time for dessert, Leite de creme ( or something like that, didn’t quite catch the name, sorry!) but it was Delicious ( yes with capital D) Obrigada! For a wonderful dinner ??
