★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hyr inte av UDrive / Multiauto! Vid återlämnandet av bilen debiterade de extra 75 euro för städning. Bilen var i ett normalt skick. De hävdade att när jag undertecknade kontraktet godkände jag detta villkor - ett kontrakt med extremt liten text som ingen kan sitta och läsa igenom med människor väntande bakom. Jag har hyrt många bilar förut genom andra bolag och städning har alltid varit inkluderad. Dessutom oförskämd personal. Aldrig mer.....
Do not rent from UDrive / Multiauto! Upon returning the car they charged an extra 75 euros for cleaning. The car was in normal condition. They claimed that when I signed the contract I accepted this condition - a contract with extremely small text that no one can sit and read with people waiting behind. I have rented many cars before through other companies and cleaning has always been included. In addition, rude staff. Never again.....
