★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trato increíble. Nos llamaron nada más realizar la reserva para decirnos que habían tenido un problema con la habitación, y nos realojaron en otro piso cerca del puerto, súper cómodo y nuevo. La chica súper agradable. Totalmente recomendable, repetiremos sin duda.
 Amazing deal. They called us as soon as we made the reservation to tell us that they had had a problem with the room, and they relocated us to another flat near the port, super comfortable and new. The super nice girl. Fully recommended, we will repeat without a doubt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima posizione, vicinissimo al centro. Abbiamo affittato l'appartamento al piano terra. Purtroppo il bagno si riempiva di acqua sul pavimento dopo ogni doccia. Abbiamo segnalato la situazione e ci hanno spostato in un altro appartamento. Spero che il guasto sia stato riparato.
Excellent location, very close to the center. We rented the ground floor apartment. Unfortunately, the bathroom filled with water on the floor after each shower. We reported the situation and they moved us to another apartment. I hope the fault has been fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service! We booked one night stay to have a little rest. No-one is on site at the time of check-in and number provided simply doesn't respond. We are around the area for 2 hours, constantly calling. Probably better to close the place if you are not able to do business properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately the only positive thing I can say is that the location is great. I booked a stay for 3 days. I was never emailed with any lock box code or information on how to enter the home. I called the company various times however no one ever answered or reaching out to me. Not professional.
Called the reservation company Agoda and they also were not able to get in touch with them. I had to get a full refund that will take up to 30 business days for it to appear on my account again. I hope they dont do that to any future possible guests.
Beware.
