I ordered from this store home and k hamburger came simply raw. I sent an e-mail to report what happened to the customer support and I didn't get a reply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma das piores refeições que já fiz! Um roubo pagar €8,6 numa refeição tão mal confeccionada. Carne estava crua... o queijo não é queijo, é um molho muito do ruim. Arroz é o único que salva e nem é dos melhores.
Péssima experiência, não recomendo a ninguém.
One of the worst meals I've ever had! A steal to pay € 8.6 for such a poorly prepared meal. Meat was raw ... cheese is not cheese, it is a very bad sauce. Rice is the only one that saves and is not even the best.
Bad experience, I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A evitar. A qualidade decaiu. Num menu Benedict tinha o ovo gelado, molho holandês talhado e as batatas deixaram óleo no prato... estavam intratáveis. A minha pior experiência h3 ate hoje
To avoid. The quality went down. On a Benedict menu, there was iced egg, curd hollandaise sauce and potatoes left oil on the plate... they were intractable. My worst experience h3 to date

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom hambúrguer delicioso , arroz saboroso e bem feito as batatas sao boas mas acho ( na minha opinião) o prato ficaria magnifico se as batatas fritas fossem as tradicionais mas isso sou eu que nao gostos das batatas chips .
Atendimento super , pessoal simpático (espero que continuem assim ) .
As limonada são divinal
Very good hamburger, tasty rice and well done the potatoes are good but I think (in my opinion) the dish would be great if the fries were the traditional ones but that's me who does not like the chips.
Super service, friendly staff (I hope they continue like this).
The lemonade is divine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demoraram 3min a fazer o hamburguer (basicamente o tempo de empratar) Pão gelado, hamburguer frio, batatas parecem de pacote e frias, molho frio, pedi bem passado veio médio, sem qualquer gosto. A qualidade está a descer bastante e não recomendo.
It took 3min to make the hamburger (basically the time to dish) Cold bread, cold hamburger, potatoes seem to be packaged and cold, cold sauce, I asked for it well done, it came medium, without any taste. The quality is going down a lot and I don't recommend it.
