I just hope they provide detergent and sponge to wash dishes. It's not common that they sell cleaning kit to their customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was with a group of students in this hostel for two weeks and it wasn’t a pleasant experience.
The service was nice, the hostel was very clean, but the rules that prevailed there were difficult for me to accept. At 22:00 it was impossible to use the living room and the kitchen anymore - at 22:01 the service reminded me that I can not stay anymore. We could not use everything in the kitchen. I had the impression that we are being monitored all the time. As soon as the students talked a little louder, someone came to silence them (during the day).
We couldn’t had any food or drink (except mineral water) in our rooms. If the staff found some food in the room, they took it - they gave it away in the evening. The rooms were very small - almost all of the space occupied three-story beds (fortunately, I lived with only one person in a six-bed room). The students lived in a 12-person room and it was extremely tight there. There are no cupboards in the rooms - just a small bedside locker. We could not even use the cabinets in the corridor and students suitcases were taken to another building. When we moved out, we could not pick up our suitcases - we were given them in three days. The toilets are also very small - sitting on the toilet is touching the door with your knees. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most beautiful hostels I've ever been to. Everything is new, looks very pretty and is extremely clean! The staff is very nice and helpful and its location inside the city walls is perfect for exploring Evora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very new hostel in old town Évora. The cleanest and tidiest hostels I’ve ever stayed. The staff is amazing and the showers, bedrooms and lounge makes you think you are in a nice hotel. They request a hold of 12€ for the body towels just in case. I’d choose this one if I ever visit this beautiful city again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend this place. When me and my friends, including a Brazilian, stayed here, the hotel owner said something racist about Brazilians that my friend overheard. Discussion starts and the owner became very aggressive. Seeing this, I wanted to take a video and she came to me and forcefully removed my phone, hurting my hand. Afterwards we were told to leave the hostel even though our stay was booked for one more week. The stuff and hostel were good, but I would never recommend anyone to go to a place owned by disrespectful and aggressive owner.
