Quase 3 meses a espera de resolucao e com promessa que o deposito foi transferido sempre com desculpas que mudaram o email ou que esteve de ferias. Neste monento O posto de turismo da camara de Alcacer tem conhecimento e ministerio das financas tambem. Quase 600€ Ridiculo Be careful with Mr. Joao Teixeira, don't make the mistake of booking directly. If tiered to change or cancel he simply ignores it and keeps the money. Almost 3 months waiting for a resolution and with a promise that the deposit was always transferred with excuses that they changed the email or that they were on vacation. At this moment Alcacer's tourism office has knowledge and ministry of finance as well. Almost 600€ Ridiculous

S	Simon Waterson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had booked to stay here after a wonderful stay several years ago. We booked for 2020 but due to the Covid-19 situation, we were unable to go. Joao Teixera said that we could rebook for 2021 but again due to uncertainty re Covid, we were unable to go. We asked Joao for a refund and he said that he would. He requested the eban number which we submitted. The refund did not materialise and he said that it was due to the fact of him being on holiday and that members of team had forgotten to do it.He then messaged us to say that the transfer had taken place but this did not show in our account. I checked the eban number via our account and it was correct. I have tried to contact Joao on numerous occasions via email and he has not responded. His company still owe us approximately 600 euros. Be very cautious of dealing with his company. We will continue to pursue this payment and will be contacting the Portuguese authorities shortly.
