★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow and rude when we picked the car up. When dropping off the had closed before the time listed on the rental agreement and on Google. Had to go drop off the car at another location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were not particularly helpful. First they refused to accept the car and wanted us to drive to the airport (in retrospect may have been a better choice) but secondly had the age old problem of having to pay in pounds at a poor exchange rate, and they refused to let me pay in Euros.
