★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes de mais, porque é de pessoas que são compostas as organizações e é o mais importante numa organização agradecer e deixar aqui o enorme elogio à extrema simpatia e profissionalismo da Dona Helena em particular, mas bem como de todos os outros funcionários que são 5 estrelas. A Dona Helena é incansável e ímpar na maneira como recebe e trata os clientes como se fizessemos parte da sua família, acho mesmo que seria uma mais valia para portugal como formadora no mundo da hoteleira.
Em relação às instalações são impecáveis, a limpeza é excelente.
Recomendo vivamente e certamente que voltarei e recomendarei a todos.
Parabéns e obrigado por este magnífico fim de semana.

First of all, because it is people who make up the organizations and it is the most important thing in an organization to thank and leave here the enormous praise for the extreme friendliness and professionalism of Dona Helena in particular, as well as all the other 5-star employees . Dona Helena is tireless and unique in the way she welcomes and treats clients as if we were part of her family, I really think she would be an asset to Portugal as a trainer in the hotel industry.
Regarding the facilities are immaculate, cleanliness is excellent.
I highly recommend and will definitely come back and recommend to everyone.
