P	Paula Miranda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários simpáticos e prestáveis. Muito boa localização. Boa limpeza. Pequeno almoço razoável. Almoço/jantar um pouco repetitivo. Poucos produtos de higiene no quarto. Feio, o edredão cinzento escuro, sem qualquer capa e com um cobertor por baixo ?. Feio, o cortinado de plástico na banheira ?. Detalhes que fazem a diferença e deveriam ser normais num hotel de 4 ✨. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good location. Good cleaning. Reasonable breakfast. Lunch/dinner a little repetitive. Few toiletries in the room. Ugly, dark gray duvet without any cover and with a blanket underneath ?. Ugly, the plastic curtain in the bathtub ?. Details that make a difference and should be normal in a 4✨ hotel.
J	J Oliveira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positivo: 1 -qualidade dos funcionários gostaria de destacar a chefe de sala que é de uma competência e simpatia fora do comum. 2- ginásio, massagens 3- localização 4- pequeno almoço. Tinha tudo o que eu queria Neutro; 1- jantar parece ser repetitivo numa zona em que sem pegar no carro não existem muitas opções 2- piscina interior. Pequena mas escolhendo o horário estava perfeita. 3- estacionamento, pois não abunda mas estacionei 4- isolamento entre quartos. Não é negativo pois depende da educação das pessoas. 5- gostaria de ter base de chuveiro e não banheira. Negativo 1- a alcatifa no chão nos corredores 2- as luzes no quarto. Podiam mais quentes. São muito frias. No geral estava dentro do esperado. A pontuação mais elevada é devida a ter apanhado uma promoção muito simpática que incluía parfait, massagens, e livre trânsito no ginásio. Positive: 1 -Quality of employees I would like to highlight the head of the room, who has an outstanding competence and sympathy. 2- gym, massages 3- location 4- breakfast. had everything i wanted Neutral; 1- dinner seems to be repetitive in an area where there aren't many options without taking the car 2- indoor pool. Small but choosing the time was perfect. 3- parking, because there is not enough but I parked 4- isolation between rooms. It's not negative because it depends on people's education. 5- I would like to have a shower tray and not a bathtub. Negative 1- the carpet on the floor in the hallways 2- the lights in the bedroom. They could be hotter. They are very cold. Overall, it was as expected. The highest score is due to picking up a very nice promotion that included parfait, massages, and free gym access.

Piscina quentinha, tinha falta de uma limpeza tanto dentro de agua como o espaço ar redor ( havia lixo no chão). Zona de pequeno almoço com uma vista sobre as montenhas, razoável o pequeno almoço.. Atendimento impecável em todas as divisões que usufrui.. A quiet space, clean environment, Comfortable rooms, well insulated. Hot pool, lack of cleaning both in the water and in the surrounding space (there was garbage on the floor). Breakfast area with a view over the mountains, reasonable breakfast... Impeccable service in all the divisions it enjoys..

J	João Marçal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice hotel but a bit stoped in time, the diner it's a bit overpriced and they didn't have many breakfast options for today's standards. Rooms were a bit hot in the summer and the TV in the rooms was old not fitted to watch GOT
P	Philip Wolfsberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 3 words: cold and noisy. You are not able to escape the noise of air conditioning fans. In some rooms the noise is more in some less, but it is everywhere. The restaurant is freezing cold - we had to wear jackets - because they turn on the a/c even in the middle of winter. The water in the shower is just warm but far from being hot. Even the coffee is cold...

Service is very nice. Bathroom: good shower, but with plastic curtain that’s on you all the time. Good quality bed. Very noisy music comes from a square nearby in the evening, which is annoying. Overall, almost 4 stars.
