If I could I would give -1 stars! Arrogance in customer service, little availability to help the customer and attitude of superiority. They have an online store with completely different prices, when in the physical store they charge almost double. DISHONESTY! NEVER GO BACK !!!

Recebi hoje esta encomenda da minha mulher e chegou nestas condições.
Além da mísera falta de cuidado na hora de embalar, o mau profissionalismo da transportadora na entrega também é visível! Apelo ao vosso bom senso em serem mais meticulosos nas futuras entregas por transporte, e abrirem reclamação nas vossas parceiras de distribuição.
Apenas não avaliou com 1 estrela devido ao preço ser em conta, porque até na hora do despacho a minha mulher é que ligou a perguntar se a encomenda iria ser expedida no dia seguinte.

I received this order from my wife today and it arrived in this condition.
In addition to the miserable lack of care when packing, the bad professionalism of the carrier in the delivery is also visible! I appeal to your common sense to be more meticulous in future deliveries by transport, and to file a claim with your distribution partners.
Just didn't rate it with 1 star due to the price being into account, because even at the time of dispatch my wife called to ask if the order would be shipped the next day.
