The staff waited for us because our flight was really delayed. They got us seats for the babies really confortable and even gave the kids a little surprise gift that made them smile. We couldn't be happier and we will sure rent a car again with them.

That is how a car pickup should be like. I had my car in less than 5 minutes. The car was almost new and very clean. Car return at the airport was also quick and easy. Highly recommended.

Had all our details - passport, address, license info and credit card details. Sent a confirmation email and a log in to check the reservation which was all sorted and then an email from nothing to say they have cancelled and declined the booking. Absolute waste and disgrace.
