★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sushi was average and there was not variety. We made a reservation and as soon as we got there the staff completely ignored us. We were the only English speaking couple and although we talked to them in Portuguese the service we received was beyond bad. They never gave us the menus and we had to constantly ask them to take our order. I ordered a drink and although I reminded them about it after 20 minutes of wait, I had to wait 20 minutes more to stand up and go to the kitchen and ask for it again.
Would definitely never visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst service you can experience. It doesn’t change whether you’re eating in or taking away, the service is consistently disgraceful. I live nearby which is why I have chosen to eat their sushi, but after so many complaints to their managers for weekly issues, and nothing being changed, I am forced to order elsewhere for the sake of my sanity. The sushi is good, but the lack of service attention is inadequate. Look up another place if this review resonates with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not believe when they claim they can serve a Gluten free menu. They don't even have gluten free soy sauce.
When eating the lunch menu deal all staff disappears when you get to the point where you may wish to order extra pieces.
When I managed to ask for extra pieces of sushi, i got a different number from requested and also received sashimi which I did not want at all. Overall a disappointing experience.
