Pois é...sistemas informáticos, covid ,optimização de custos? Por telefone impossivel. Não vá telefone?? Ninguém atende.
O sistema de saúde português merece melhor.
 2 hours to take an exam!!!
Yeah... computer systems, covid, cost optimization? Over the phone is impossible. Don't go phone?? Nobody answer.
The Portuguese health system deserves better.

Podia haver melhor sinalização de quem chega d dentro do parque de estacionamento, pois é fácil andarmos às voltas e estarmos sempre a perguntar a alguém os vários locais.
Excellent hospital, quite spacious and safe.
There could be better signage for those arriving from inside the car park, as it is easy to walk around and always ask someone about the different locations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na urgência pediátrica e gostei de como tiraram sangue para exames e fizeram tomografia no meu filho. Foram respeitosos ao lidar com uma criança doente. Muito diferente do que vivemos no Hospital Dona Estefânia, que só causou trauma ao meu filho numa única vez em que fomos lá. Agora sempre que precisamos vamos a essa urgência pediátrica.
I went to the pediatric emergency room and I liked how they took blood for exams and had a tomography performed on my son. They were respectful in dealing with a sick child. Very different from what we live at Hospital Dona Estefânia, which only caused trauma to my son once we went there. Now whenever we need to go to this pediatric emergency room.

The doctors are very efficient and patient. They take the time needed for each patient.
I cannot write the list of the doctors I have been meeting since we started coming to hospital DaLuz but I will try to update as much as possible.
