★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Longa espera de 11 horas, sem nenhuma indicação de quando seria atendida. E quando chega a vez de ser consultada, simplesmente a médica diz "isso é coração apaixonado". Fiquei chocada a tamanha falta de empatia para quem ficou esperando 11 horas com dor no tórax. O diagnóstico foi ansiedade, mas poderia ter sido atendida mais rápido e ter sido levada mais a sério.
 Long wait of 11 hours, with no indication of when it would be answered. And when it's time to be consulted, the doctor simply says "this is a passionate heart". I was shocked by the lack of empathy for those who were waiting 11 hours with chest pain. The diagnosis was anxiety, but it could have been attended to faster and taken more seriously.
