T	Tal Yarom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The WORST place to get a COVID test. This place is listed as 'walk through' - but it's actually appointments only. I stood in line for 30 minutes only to be told I have to wait until everyone else is done. The women at reception is the slowest worker I've ever met. She literally handles PRE MADE appointments but it takes her 15 minutes to register each couple. Lastly - it costs 125 euros for a PCR test. After waiting for an hour I walked 5 minutes to Clara Saude - fast, friendly receptionist, 85 euros (40 euro difference!!) highly recommended. Anyway, avoid this place.

The medical staff as well as the administrative staff have been very friendly and professional, it is a good hospital without a doubt. I really wonder at all the negative reviews...some people complaining about being "injected" a PCR test? really? I do need to repeat my visits so if I see that a negative review is deserved, I will update but so far, it has been impeccable.

You should pass buildings uproad from this pinpoint and you will see it (search on google maps for: Hospital Lusíadas Lagos and/or see map attached). On Sunday it took me 2 minutes on reception and immediately to the doctor and procedures in emergency room. Already feel better :)
D	Daria Skoropad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience! My husband had injury, and we had to wait one hour with bleeding open wound until doctor accepted us on emergency! Poor treatment! They did not give antibiotics! They did not have normal plasters for wound, the doctor put waterproof plaster - and the wound was inflammated after that!!!
D	Darryl Strouse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little hospital and staff. My wife and I went in with what turned out to be intestinal and chest infections (respectively). We were examined and treated with as much alacrity and respect as I’ve ever encountered in any medical or bureaucratic setting. When all was said and done, we had been given Covid Tests, a urine test, two blood tests, a chest X-ray and THREE separate consultations with TWO different doctors. The cost? Only 520 euros! Try getting that kind of service for that kind of cost in the States for even twice that amount. You cannot. I’m all better now, and I’m a fan.
F	Ferenc Tar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to go to get an injection in the knee and all went well. The nurses were gentle and caring. Dr Antonio Taveira, who gave me the injection was attentive and gave me the same advices and warnings as my Dr in Victoria, Canada. I have no complaints.
K	Kate Gilfellon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seen by a neurologist, waited weeks for the appointment to be hand gestured in, spoke to with not an ounce of respect or positivity, I've lived with my condition for six years and have reached a carefully considered decision to NOT take disease modifying drugs. Statements like I can't help you once in a wheelchair and this is going to be expensive, left me feeling exceptionally sad that there is still such negative, narrow minded doctors in the private sector. HPA are really getting wrong.
G	Grace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I’ve ever had at a clinic. I arrived on a Saturday to an empty waiting room. I thought I was lucky and even then, the wait was over an hour long to see the one doctor who was then rude beyond belief and had horrible bedside manner. The worst I’ve ever experienced as the doctor was basically incredulous the entire time, making me feel like I was exaggerating (I was not expecting this of a female doctor!). If you can help it, go elsewhere! The chat with the incredulous doctor was €72 plus the €10 for the COVID test. If I could give zero stars I would! *By the way, the reply below from the clinic is absolute trash as they don’t even take the time to reply! I emailed them the same day they replied and still nothing so it’s for show, nothing else - clearly they don’t care about customer service or quality control*
