★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amigos, quem tiver cães, gatos, piriquitos ou qualquer animal de companhia que estime fuja deste sítio! Mas fujam mesmo!! Incapazes, incompetentes, negligentes, tudo menos um centro de saúde animal... É apenas uma máquina de chupar dinheiro aos incautos.
 Friends, whoever has dogs, cats, parakeets or any pet that you love runs away from this place! But really run away!! Incapable, incompetent, negligent, anything but an animal health center... It's just a money-sucking machine for the unwary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usam e abusam dos meios diagnósticos de forma a aumentar a conta dos pacientes. Cobram todos os actos médicos, mesmo os mais simples, multiplicando custos. Não há o cuidado de informar o cliente previamente dos custos envolvidos. A política da empresa é de sempre pedir os exames e procedimentos mais caros, e os tutores acreditam... Na verdade apenas encontrei um veterinário que não parecia ligar só que a empresa impunha aos restantes. É um negócio. Não recomendo.
They use and abuse diagnostic means in order to increase the patient's bill. They charge for all medical procedures, even the simplest ones, multiplying costs. There is no care to inform the customer in advance of the costs involved. The company's policy is to always ask for the most expensive exams and procedures, and the tutors believe... In fact, I just found one veterinarian who didn't seem to care, just that the company imposed on the others. It's a business. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ladrões, Ladrões e só se preocupam em faturar...a minha gata faleceu e estou à 3 dias à espera q alguém entre em contato comigo para saber o que aconteceu. Tive 3 horas a aguardar por informações e a dra. Respondeu foi que só tinha era de esperar. E estão a tentar qur pague o valor q me deram por 2 dias de internamento e apenas ficou lá 8 horas....Ladrões. conhecidos pir ignorarem os animais...conhecidos por esrarem apenas interessados em roubar o cliente por testes/analises q nunca fizeram. Ladroes
Thieves, Thieves and they only care about making money...my cat died and I'm waiting for 3 days for someone to contact me to find out what happened. I had 3 hours to wait for information and dr. He replied that he just had to wait. And they are trying to qur pay the amount they gave me for 2 days of hospitalization and only stayed there for 8 hours... Thieves. acquaintances pir ignore the animals... known to be only interested in stealing the client for tests/analyses they have never done. thieves
