★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind mit unser Hündin Sunny als Notfall von ein ganz lieben portugiesischen Pärchen dorthin gefahren worden, nachdem Sunny vor freude auf den Strand durch den Pinenwald die Klippe herunter gesprungen ist und sich dabei den ganzen Bauch aufgerissen hatte, die inneren Organe hingen raus.Sunny hatte nur noch 25% Blut als wir in der Klinik ankamen.Die drei Ärztinnen haben ihr eigentlich nur eine ganz kleine Überlebens Chance gegeben. Die Nacht haben wir bisher keinen Anruf erhalten und hoffen das Sunny es schafft, sie ist eine Käpferin❤❤❤
Eine super freundliche und kompetente Tierklinik, vielen lieben dank an die Ärztinnen und Arzthelferinnen die noch immer um Sunnys leben kämpfen??
Sunny hat es geschafft DANKE an das gesamte Team❤? wir waren am 2.4.2019 noch einmal zu Besuch, alle Ärztinnen haben sich von Sunny verabschiedet, vielleicht kommen wir im nächsten Jahr wieder zu Besuch, Sunny ist ein Wunder so haben sie es beschrieben? Sunny genießt ihr Leben in vollen Zügen und ist wieder gesund?❤?❤?❤
We were driven there with our bitch Sunny as an emergency by a very sweet Portuguese couple there, after Sunny jumped joyfully on the beach through the pine forest down the cliff and it had torn open the whole stomach, the internal organs hung out.Sunny had only 25% blood when we arrived at the clinic. The three doctors gave her only a very small chance of survival. The night we have received no call so far and hope that Sunny manages, she is a Käpferin❤❤❤
A super friendly and competent veterinary clinic, many thanks to the doctors and medical assistants who still fight for Sunny's life
Sunny made it THANK YOU to the entire team❤? we visited again on 2.4.2019, all the doctors said goodbye to Sunny, maybe next year we will visit again, Sunny is a miracle that's how they described it? Sunny enjoys her life to the fullest and is healthy again?❤?❤?❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje de madrugada liguei para este hospital, sendo o mais perto do lugar onde vivo e tratando-se da primeira vez que necessito de algo tão urgente.
Encontrei um gatinho bebé à cerca de 3 semanas, decidi ficar com ele, cuidei dele com todo o meu amor, ele parecia estar bem até que do nada começou a não dar sinais. Eu no meu desespero, tentei fazer de tudo pelo meu gatinho mas o mais acertado era ligar para um hospital que mais que ninguém sabe o que deve fazer e já que o veterinário dele não estava aberto.
Foi ai que liguei para este hospital, onde fui abordada de maneira rude e sem coração. Expliquei toda a situação, repeti porque senti que realmente a pessoa do outro lado não estava a perceber o meu desespero. Deixei de falar e ninguém me respondeu, por isso disse que já tinha explicado tudo o que tinha acontecido e pedi ajuda!!! Tudo isso para a pessoa do outro lado me dizer '' A consulta ou atendimento de urgência (já não me recordo) custa 75 euros, pode trazê-lo mas não sei a que horas vou poder atender visto que tenho outro animal''.....
Digam me agora se isto é ser profissional, não dizer o que tenho de fazer para tentar salvar o meu gato, ou pelo menos para tentar estabilizar a situação até o levar lá, não dizer ''calma vai ficar tudo bem com o seu gatinho'', NADA!!!!!
Hospital veterinário ou Hospital da ganância? do desprezo? que importância tem afinal os animais ? são só uma fonte de rendimento?
Não desejo a ninguém a dor que estou a sentir e não desejo a mais ninguém passar por esta situação e pelo MAU, MUITO MAU atendimento.
This morning I called this hospital, being the closest to the place where I live and being the first time I need something so urgent.
I found a baby kitten about 3 weeks ago, I decided to keep him, I took care of him with all my love, he seemed to be fine until out of nowhere he started to show no signs. In my desperation, I tried to do everything for my kitten but the best thing was to call a hospital that more than anyone knows what to do and since his veterinarian was not open.
That's when I called this hospital, where I was approached in a rude and heartless way. I explained the whole situation, I repeated it because I really felt that the person on the other side was not understanding my despair. I stopped talking and no one answered me, so I said that I had explained everything that had happened and I asked for help!!! All this for the person on the other side to tell me ''The appointment or emergency care (I don't remember) costs 75 euros, you can bring it but I don't know at what time I'll be able to see you as I have another animal''.. ...
Tell me now if this is being professional, not saying what I have to do to try to save my cat, or at least to try to stabilize the situation until I get him there, not saying ''calm down, your kitten will be fine' ', NOTHING!!!!!
Veterinary Hospital or Hospital of Greed? of contempt? what importance do animals have? are they just a source of income?
I do not wish anyone the pain I am feeling and I do not wish anyone else to go through this situation and the BAD, VERY BAD service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente não gostei do atendimento que foi prestado à minha gata. Foi mal diagnosticada e mal medicada, recorri apenas por se tratar de uma urgência, mas não recomendo, podem até terem outros médicos bons, mas a que atendeu a minha gata não gostei mesmo nada da forma como a tratou! Tive de a levar a uma clínica veterinária, onde aí, sim, muito bem cuidada!

She was misdiagnosed and poorly medicated, I resorted to it just because it was an emergency, but I don't recommend it, they may even have other good doctors, but the one who treated my cat I really didn't like the way she treated her! I had to take her to a veterinary clinic, where, yes, very well cared for!
