★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cozy hotel near Belmonte, Covilhã and Serra da Estrela.It's great all year round. In the summer you have the pool to relax. You can take their bikes for a lovely ride through rural roads along river Zêzere. Or relax while playing tennis. In Autumn enjoy the beautiful scenery of the leafs colour grading. In winter you can reach the snowy mountains for snowboarding or skiing. It is a great value for the money. Try the meals in the restaurant. It's home made food and the view is lovely!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice traditionally run hotel. Clean rooms where everything works as it should. Good food, great breakfast. All the staff are friendly and very polite. Would stay here again without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable, clean rooms. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is simple but adequate. Restaurant is a lovely quiet place for a well cooked, well served meal ( the orange tart is a must) with the pretty garden for an after dinner stroll.
