★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel itself is fine. However unfortunately I had an item of clothing stolen when I stayed here. I thought I might have just misplaced it but after searching every inch of my bag and the drawers it couldn’t be found. It was newly bought and still had the label on it. This hotel had/has an agreement with Teleperformance (a big international company just down the road), and a lot of new arrivals are placed in the hotel for a few days or weeks. So I spoke with other employees that stayed there and they had the same experience where money had been stolen or personal belongings. Which confirmed for me that I hadn’t just ‘misplaced’ the top.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nobody on any other review has mentioned the enormous construction site directly across from the hotel. Every morning at 8am there will be loud construction noises. Impossible to sleep past 8am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice no frils place for people that require clean and reasonably priced room. Breakfast room is rather small. Staff is very nice and friendly. It is central placed so a bit of traffic around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice clean room in a good location with all the basic necessities. Nothing fancy or spacious (typical small room for Europe), but we had everything we needed.
We arrived early and the hotel staff was gracious enough to store our luggage until check-in later that day.
Good price, friendly staff, clean space, good breakfast for fee we paid. Would stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ratio value /price was fair enough. Clean rooms with friendly staff, great locations with just 3min away tube. Few really nice restaurants nearby. We had breakfast just once there and for 15€ (for 2) you can find something far better in Lisbon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, friendly people, clean room with nice balcony. They serve delicious breakfast. We have booked breakfast including and don't know how much you need to pay if you didn't book with breakfast inclusive. But people there are so nice.
