S	Sharlene Munro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to stay for the cost. The staff are so friendly especially Sophia. We arrived in Lisbon at 6am and could not get into our hotel. I called around and Sophia answered her phone and was able to get us into a room ASAP!!! I would highly recommend this place. Clean rooms, nice amenities and close to everything.
P	PE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man at the reception was very kind. Our room was even upgraded ! Hôtel and room are very clean and the garden is cool. Unfortuntaly there is 2 or 3 things that dont match for a 5 stars review : - Electric noise from the circuit breaker in the room -Fluorescent stuff on the door, not the best for a good night - You have to wait 5mn before getting hot water when you open the tap. Maybe we didn't get lucky because otherwise the standing is great
X	Xander Hoose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMG, this place is simply amazing! Pros · We stayed in the deluxe room with balcony (#302). What's not to like? It's clean, all amenities (water cooker, fridge, bath, air conditioning, TV) are present and working flawlessly, the staff is simply AMAZING, and the communal kitchen has all the equipment you could ever need. The indoor garden is a delight for breakfast or just lounging. This is by far one of the best guesthouses I've ever been to! Cons · If I had to nitpick, it's the lack of an elevator, but to be fair, I don't consider this an issue.

If you like sleeping in a loudy atmosphere is hostel is for you: - You can feel the subway through the walls and the floor every 10 mins, from 6am (morning) to 1am (night) - You can hear the street with cars, police sirens and planes noices - You can litteraly hear the people in the other rooms talking or walking - From 9:30am the staff start to clean the rooms with the vacuum and slaming the doors. It’s also far away from the center, the view is an old building in ruins and there is no elevators. We asked to get a refund and to leave the hostel but they didn’t accept and put us in another bigger room higher but still on the street, and with the subway and planes noices… That’s a shame because this hostel is clean and staff is kind but you’ll not enjoy why you book a hostel: sleeping.
U	Unrevealed Anon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location and very friendly staff, nice view from the garden side rooms, but overall just too noisy. We could basically hears sounds from everywhere: the hall (doors opening and closing, walking, talking) the room upstairs (toilet flushing, walking) and from the room next door (toilet flushing, walking, talking). We could even hear what we think was the tram/subway passing underneath the house, even though we were on the third floor. We spent 6 nights and could not sleep well because we frequently woke up to these sounds. Sorry to give such a low score because the staff is really friendly and helpful and clearly management cares about keeping the place in a good shape but the sounds were just too much.

She speaks very good English and Spanish, she is very professional. The room we received was 301. Clean, good decorated, new renovated. There were a kettle, cups, some tee and coffee in the room. Small fridge with drinks. On the first floor there were a kitchen, that it is possible to prepare some food. The small garden is incredibly beautiful at night and during the day. You can enjoy it listening to nice music.

Staff was super friendly with information that had to do with the city. Location is about 15 min train ride from the touristy locations on Lisbon.
J	João Carvalho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasantly surprised - a clean, somewhat quiet room, for an affordable price. Suites and Superior rooms are roomy. Everyone was incredibly nice. Location is great, especially in terms of accesses to the geographical and historical centre.
