M	Martin Eckardt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The private rooms are badly soundproofed. We didn’t get much sleep because of very noise neighbors. The hostel staff didn’t intervene. shared sanitary facilities were not very well looked after and smelly
R	Ricardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The staff is amazing, really helpfull, the location is very good, close to subway station and some touristic points, markets, restaurants and another important stuffs are close, i will come back for sure. Negative: Nothing to complain.
l	lucian stănescu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great courtyard and common spaces (living room and kitchen), good location, friendly staff. unless they do something about the room doors though... not soundproof at all! too bad. wifi didn't work in the room and smell of canalisation appeared when people started showering.

Nice outdoor area and lots of common areas.. Negative: It is a hostel experience with semi private rooms. I don't recommend it for people looking for a hotel quality, can be nice and quiet, can be noisy. Room has no aircon and window opens to a corridor so ventilation is poor..

Many places around to grab some food. Hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful! Will definitely stay here again when back to Lisbon..

This hostel is beautiful, it has everything you need, our room was so sweet and we had our balcony which was great for spending evenings on it. The garden, sitting area, living room and kitchen are so sweet designed and decorated! Maria is a wonderful woman who helped us with literally everything we needed and all of the other people there are kind and helpful (we met Monica on our last day and she is super sweet!). You can reach any part of the city with public transport and there are many restaurants around with portugese or any other food. We can’t wait to come back! ❤️. Negative: Everything was perfect!.
A	Antje on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The stuff was very friendly and helpful plus they offered us a coffee after we arrived. The terrasse is really beautiful and relaxing. Towels are also included. The area is really nice, the street next so the hostel's has a lot of vegetarian and vegan restaurants. If you walk up the hill you'd have a really good view over the city.. Negative: The toiletpaper was empty for over a day and wasn't changed. At some point I just searched the level in which we stayed and luckily found some toilet paper. The light in one toilet was broke so I did get quite a disco feeling with all the flash light - no, honestly, it was like a techno party in there. Something, the hostel is not responsible for: The walls are veeery thin. We could hear our room neighbors snoor and talk. That was a little bit annoying especially when the room neighbors came home in the middle of the night and we couldn't sleep anymore..
A	Aditi Vivekanand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed at another property of LX Roller called Loft in May, 2019. Ms Maria is the best host we could have had. She and her husband were extremely caring and helpful throughout our stay. The property was beautifully designed, equipped, clean and cozy. The couple even helped us get around the city, book tours and suggested beautiful view points and eateries. They are a huge reason why we loved with the city. Will definitely recommend to everyone and visit again.
