★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the hotel, but beware of certain receptionists. Had our a/c messed with from the control panel at the front desk, so the receptionist could try to hookup with me as a guest. Great hotel, unprofessional staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were clean and the mattress new. I slept really well, which is not usually the case, if I am sleeping in a different bed. The breakfast was full of traditional pastries of Portugal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Next time I am in Lisbon I will for sure book it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was super friendly and the rooms were nice. We arrived earlier than check-in time so we couldnt get our toom early. They did offer us to leave our bags locked away for us to give us time to do other things before check-in

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, nice and clean hotel with lovely breakfast. Walking distance to the city center (metro is close to the hotel) nice pubs/restaurants in the area. Highly recommended!!!???
