Tudo muito limpo e arrumadinho,com uma arquitetura típica dos espaços termais e um hotel termal cheio de charme.

A atenção ao cliente deixa a desejar.
Em relação ao quarto, a limpeza do chão não foi feita, o ar condicionado não funcionava bem, a ergonomia do espaço não é satisfatória.
Para chegar ao quarto, que me foi atribuído, não existem indicações nos espaços devidos, elevador e saída do elevador.
A internet não funcionava em toda a unidade.
Ficou bastante aquém das minhas expetativas.
The hotel's location is privileged for being involved in the valley.
Customer service leaves something to be desired.
Regarding the bedroom, the floor was not cleaned, the air conditioning did not work well, the ergonomics of the space are not satisfactory.
To get to the room, which was assigned to me, there are no indications in the appropriate spaces, elevator and exit from the elevator.
The internet did not work throughout the unit.
It fell far short of my expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Escolhi este hotel pelo selo Pet Friendly e este foi precisamente o principal ponto negativo a destacar. Os únicos benefícios deste hotel em relação à presença de animais são: poderem estar nos quartos e em alguns espaços do resort... nada mais. Os donos devem levar comedouro e ração, bebedouro e água, sacos higiénicos e, talvez balde e esfregona para imprevistos... Levar cama/mantas para o cão, champô... Pois absolutamente nada será providenciado para o animal. Além disso, os animais têm de ficar presos no quarto enquanto os donos vão fazer as refeições (pequeno almoço, almoço,...), quando vão à piscina, spa, etc... Em suma, não é exatamente um hotel pet friendly... O único proveito que tirei foi apenas o de instalar a cadelinha no quarto.
Outro aspeto negativo relaciona-se com o estado do edifício: assiste-se a uma clara falta de manutenção do edifício - o que é uma grande pena, pois, o espaço merecia mais cuidado e apreço.
I chose this hotel for the Pet Friendly seal and this was precisely the main negative point to highlight. The only benefits of this hotel in relation to the presence of animals are: they can be in the rooms and in some areas of the resort... nothing more. Owners should bring a food bowl and feed, a water cooler and water, hygienic bags and, perhaps, a bucket and mop for unforeseen circumstances... Bring bed/blankets for the dog, shampoo... Because absolutely nothing will be provided for the animal. In addition, the animals have to be locked in the room while the owners are having their meals (breakfast, lunch,...), when they go to the pool, spa, etc... In short, it is not exactly a pet friendly hotel ... The only advantage I took was installing the dog in the bedroom.
Another negative aspect is related to the condition of the building: there is a clear lack of maintenance in the building - which is a great pity, as the space deserved more care and appreciation.

The hotels are not maintained 100% like they could. But that’s also what makes the charm. And the price goes with it. If you’re looking for a nice hotel (but has some flaws), with good prices, good service and nice people, in a very pretty location, this is it.
