★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El sitio está bien en general pero se va notando que nuevo no es, la cañerías por ejemplo les cuesta tragar, con respecto a la comida el desayuno da el apaño y poco más por lo que a la hora de comer nos desplazamos y fue un acierto, la piscina exterior si me gustó, las termas no pudimos probarlas, si tenéis intención de hacer uso de ellas, reservada con tiempo que se agotan las plazas.
 The place is good in general but it is becoming noticeable that it is not new, the pipes for example find it difficult to swallow, with respect to the food, the breakfast gives the fix and little else so at lunchtime we moved and it was a success , the outdoor pool if I liked it, the hot springs we could not try them, if you intend to use them, reserved in advance as the places are sold out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O alojamento não corresponde às expectativas para um hotel de 4 estrelas. Nota-se a falta de manutenção no interior e exterior (jardins e piscinas).
O quarto prestige não tinha 3 lâmpadas, tampo da sanita solto e mobiliário escasso. O telefone não funcionou.
Alguns hóspedes circulavam sem máscaras, mesmo no pequeno-almoço.
Nota-se que há falta de staff! Mas os que encontramos foram simpáticos.
É uma pena pois a zona merece mais qualidade.
The accommodation does not live up to expectations for a 4-star hotel. There is a lack of maintenance inside and outside (gardens and pools).
The prestige room did not have 3 lamps, a loose toilet seat and sparse furniture. The phone did not work.
Some guests circulated without masks, even at breakfast.
Note that there is a shortage of staff! But the ones we met were friendly.
It is a pity because the area deserves more quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um horror de estadia, água fria para tomar banho, problemas na caldeira e nenhuma solução para tal. Pequeno almoço do mais baixo nível, mesmo pequeno e sem a mínima qualidade, nem omolete fazem, pelos vistos cobram à parte muito menos um café expresso. Copo de lavar os dentes sujo, em pela pandemia ?. Piscina interior paga à parte e com marcação, coisa que deviam ter avisado no moroso check in!! Não recomendo. No entanto é importante frisar que perante esta cadeia de péssimas situações, a gerente ouviu o nosso relato e fez uma redução de preço por compensação.
Horror to stay, cold water for bathing, boiler problems and no solution. Breakfast of the lowest level, even small and without the slightest quality, they don't even make omelets, apparently they charge much less for an espresso. Dirty toothbrush cup, in pandemic ?. Indoor swimming pool paid separately and by appointment, something they should have warned about at the lengthy check-in!! I do not recommend. However, it is important to emphasize that, in view of this chain of bad situations, the manager listened to our report and made a price reduction in compensation.
