★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice cheap place where you may try some traditional food, like "arroz de tamboril" (monk fish rice), "Posta" (beef cooked rare, seasoned with garlic and olive oil) and the typical from Porto, Francesinha. The staff is friendly and helpful. great price/quality relationship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Next time we will pay more attention to the details... Toilet flush broken, room had a funny smell and was very small... Wouldn't get in the shower! No hospitality tray and breakfast was very simple and low quality buffet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please stay away from this hotel, poor service, old room, poor breakfast. Overly strict about the guest policy.Idid not stay at the hotel and theythreatened to call the.police whenIwanted to help my kids.get their luggages.
Only good thing is a location but you can find a better place nearby.
Not worth for your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible hotel, only gave it 2 stars for location as it's really central.
It's dated, dusty, musty and not very clean.
The shower had to be held by hand, the faucets and door handles in the room were rusted.
We had the lumpiest pillows and I don't even know how that's possible.
I don't know what the breakfast is like as we decided not to risk it.
I would NOT recommend this hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible place! The room was dingy, dark, and cold. The relentless loud noise from work on the property made it impossible to rest, as did the flashing light and noise from a non-functioning heater. Most of all, the outrageous rudeness and threatening behavior of an employee was more than anyone should have to endure. So glad I managed to find a beautiful, peaceful, and warm airbnb in the same neighborhood very quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Get the impression that the hotel is on the slide. We didn't see any other guests when we were there, and the place felt a bit run down. Only hot milk for breakfast -- no cold milk for the cereals. No hot water in the shower one morning.
Cheap, good location, but made us want to spend as little time as possible in the hotel.
