★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience staying in this hotel centrally located in Porto. Outstanding service from the hotel team, including the concierge. Beautiful architecture from the outside, not to mention the delicious breakfast. My only negative comment is on the mattresses that were too firm in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely stay at this hotel. Great hospitable staff who really do care for the guests. They even provided a phone with free data and international calls! They allowed me to leave my luggage here for a few days when I went for a short trip to the Douro Valley before coming back to stay in Porto. It's also within walking distance to the beautiful Sao Bento station and some other sights too. Great restaurants nearby as well. Highly recommend a stay here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is absolutely perfect, in the centre of the city but it’s not really a five star hotel. There are few things missing. Bathrooms should offer more (toothbrush, toothpaste etc.)restaurant as well. Staff is very professional but there should be few more people specially during the check in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE BEST central location. If it's not a 5 star hotel, it should be. Wonderful hospitality, super clean, comfy beds, great hot water and shower pressure. Even though it's on a noisy street. You can't hear it inside.. Everything you could ask for. Will definitely stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel near to São Bento Porto train station.Each floor has a nice theme and decor matching to the theme. Nice room, comfortable beds, clean bathroom and shower. Cafe in ground floor is the nicest place which you can visit frequently however closes by 7:30 pm. Staff is friendly and provide right advise if you plan to visit any near by locations. It would have been good if there was a swimming pool and a bar which is open till mid night. Overall a nice hotel, convenient to most tourist locations by walk. Recommend a stay if you plan to visit Porto
