D	David Warmuz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location and staff seem nice enough. However the room #101 was the worst I have ever stayed at. Extremely small, no space to even sit a laptop, or for anything else and the bed was against the wall that must have been right next to the whole Hotels AC unit. Not only was it constantly noisy but the whole wall and also the bed was vibrating to a point where I got motion sickness. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked so they could not provide an alternative room. I was forced to walk to a nearby hotel and get a new room, as the room #101 was not to any standard and should not be let out EVER. Very Disappointed.

The rooms are indeed very small but if you go to Lisbon for the hotel room you are doing it wrong :-) The rooms are very comfortable though. Clean, with a very good bed. What is also excellent is that the rooms are very soundproof. If you close the windows, it's pitch dark and totally quiet in the room. Combined with a good and silent airconditioning you can sleep well. The only slight disappointment is the breakfast - it is very limited. I would recommend to skip breakfast alltogether and enjoy some nice pastry and coffee from one of the many local shops within 2 minutes walking. All in all I am quite happy with this hotel and will come back if and when I come back to Lisbon.
S	SF Getaway on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient to all the sites and dining. Excellent service and clean. But as you might expect in downtown, a small room with no space to spare. Could hear the plumbing from other rooms. Lovely balcony to sit and see the fig plaza at a sight distance. Loved the robes as a special touch.

Hotel Lis Baixa clearly shows to the customers that service is of paramount importance to them. The hotel is centrally located in a quiet street. The price-quality ratio is also perfect. The rooms are clean.
