★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service with a luxurious room. Had a nice view and a good breakfast in the morning. Everything you could expect in a four star hotel. We also had a good price but this could varry of course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They nickel and dime you for pool access. 3E per person per day. This isn’t about the money this is about them declaring and advertising amenities and then charging additional money for them. This is not ok. Do yourself a favor and ignore this place.
WiFi doesn’t work in the rooms. Glad I my own.
Mattresses were concave and hard. Both my wife and I hurt for days after leaving.
Pictures of the rooms don’t match reality either.
Just avoid this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An awesome huge hotel.. Big rooms.. In every way it was too good. Had been lucky enough to have both the dinner and breakfast here.. Great experience.. Loved the place and the amenities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They said it was the biggest room in Fatima and we weren't disappointed. Very comfortable and although we didn't go for self catering the room itself had a good epuiped kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful. When we went down for breakfast we were impressed by the quality and variety on offer . ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great nights sleep for the family, especially since we checked in so late. Parking was included, as was breakfast for the price we paid. We stayed in room 615 - which was large and clean. The included kitchenette would have been perfect had we stayed longer. Less than a 5 minute walk to the sanctuary - so it’s in a prime location. Breakfast was good - but hot items were in tight supply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at this hotel for three days. When I arrived at the hotel room, the pool was right next to it, smelling badly disinfectant. So I wanted to change the room. There were remaining rooms, but we had to ask two or three times to change rooms and eventually get angry. It was very frustrating. After finally changing the room, the problem continued. I booked a room with a kitchen, so I asked for dishes and pots, but no one brought them by the end of the day. We asked for cleaning as we left the room, but that didn't happen either. The room card didn't work so I had to go down to the lobby to change keys two or three times. It doesn't make sense for a hotel system like this to be. Staying at this hotel was inconvenient throughout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people at this hotel were lovely, very welcoming. The room was comfortable, with a large bed and a small kitchen with a fridge/freezer, although the sofa was badly stained. Breakfast had many choices and was delicious, you could have 3 of them. The pool was also nice in warm weather, the hotel never felt crowded or stressful. Everything was well organised for covid. Would consider going back for a good base to stay at.
