R	Rian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable bed. Shower and bathroom a bit small. I was shocked by the breakfast bag they provided. A moldy apple and cookies with a due date which expired last year! I don't know if there is a health &food inspection in Portugal, but in my country it is not allowed to provide expired and moldy products as a hotel. But walking to the airport was a big plus, I had to catch a plane very early in the morning
A	Alex Zepka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their theme is movies stars. Great breakfast and decent rooms. No fridge in the room though. A 5-min walk to the airport terminal, and you can even take the shuttle if you prefer. Depending on the rate, it may be a no-brainer if you have an early flight next day.
T	Thanasis Zeus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is just 5 minutes on foot from the airport, on the way you will find a bp station with big selection of snacks and wines. The reception was really nice and friendly and made the check in extremely smooth. The room was basic but for some hours sleep before the flight was more that enough. Internet was quick and stable, toilet clean and loved the pictures in the room. Breakfast is served from 5am so make it great for the morning flights from LIS. Big selection of hot and cold food.

The breakfast-I can write an essay about it but let's just say: for -- Euros, you can't beat that anywhere, given its quality! Negative: I would say "Shame on you" if someone complains about this hotel!
C	Christy Miller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed for just one night before an early flight and had a very good experience. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The room size is adequate and very well appointed. The bed is very comfy and the shower glorious! I did have a tasty sandwich in the cafe and coffee from the machine in the lobby. The shuttle service to the airport was very easy and right on time. Overall it was a fabulous experience.

Never again will I step my foot into this place. FOCUS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES! And my relatives loved this place and it was their SECOND time staying in the hotel. But i guess they don't like the repeat business because there won't be a third time. And by the way, the room was dirty and had a very uncomfortable layout I could barely get the stroller inside of the room. Why would they give a family with the baby in the stroller a room that has a door opening into a closet wall? There was no room to even open a suitcase, i had to leave it open on the bathroom floor... I recommend you find another hotel
G	GLM - Brad Tibbs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made reservations over the phone and got the “best rate guarantee” with “all in” price “including taxes”. Then while checking in they needed more for the city taxes. I said I already paid the all in price when I made the reservation. She was certain I had to pay added taxes. So I waited for the supervisor to come tell me the same thing (very nicely). 3 things would have made this a great experience: make check in super fast and easy (it wasn’t), and make sure the people taking phone reservations are giving accurate quotes (they did not), and if there’s a discrepancy, let the guest in the room after a long day of traveling and deal with the issue at checkout if it’s still an issue.
S	Sherri S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everybody at this hotel is extremely helpful, polite and nice. The room was very clean, and the layout was functional and attractive. The nice gentleman at the front desk let me check in early and gave me a room with a river view. The restaurant had a really nice breakfast, and a good dinner. There is a nice bar where you can get a drink. Getting to the airport is only a couple of minutes. I don’t see how you could go wrong with this place. Nice people, nice room and great service.
