No USB plug in the room
No one tells you the wifi password at check in (found it on my way out in elevator)
No hot water
Phone wasn’t working. Went down to order room service.
The only positive is the Food. It was delicious. Great job the chef. Room service waiter and hostess were great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant was amazing. Normally not a fan of hotel food, but this place was really good. Everyone in the family had a great dinner +and dessert!). Service is a little slower than in the USA, but that's the case everywhere in Europe. Totally worth the wait!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got a room for a brief nap prior to our 5:30AM departure. The room was clean, functional and met our needs. It is a very short 5 minute walk to the terminal and the rate was great. We'll definitely stay here again.

Started with an upgrade to a premium room and ended getting the parking for free to accommodate for a mistake in the breakfast boxes (they gave non-gluten even though they also had that option). In addition, it was very close to the airport, had sauna and pools, great room service food, they printed needed documents for the flight... Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was only here for half a night while awaiting my 5:00 AM flight out of Portugal. The restaurant and bar were nice. The rooms were okay. The staff was nice. The price was right. They also arranged for my large group to be shuttled to the airport outside of normal shuttle hours, so we really appreciated that, as it was raining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clean, modern hotel, on site at Lisbon Airport, relatively convenient if you are flying early etc. That said, walking to the airport with heavy bags is challenging (5+ minutes) although not impossible. Alternatively, a small shuttle bus leaves every 20 minutes from the entrance.
Check in experience today (14.01.2022) was unimpressive!
We arrived around 2 hours early before the formal check in time of 2pm. Ordinarily, in January, one would expect to be able to check in early, or at least expect an attempt to be made to faciliate that. It's not too difficult to clean one room before another if a guest is waiting! But no, that didn't happen so 2+ hours later (and three times waiting in line) finally an alternative room was allocated at around 1.50pm because the original room, still, was not ready. What's more the girl at reception displayed a stroppy, unfriendly attitude ~ not expected, not appropriate nor professional.
Might well vote with my feet next time and stay at the Star Hotel just across the road?!
On a positive note, 'most' of the F&B waiting staff were excellent ~ well trained, professional and friendly. Also, the quality of the buffet dinner was very good. Shame the overall experience was let down at check in.
