Worst hotel ever!!! It is a trap for tourist! When accessing the hotel, you first have to manage to climb a high stair (with your luggage) and no help from the hotel workers.. Then, When checking in, they said that the card was not working, so we had to pay cash 190euros for 2 nights. Then, making it up to the room is another trip, using an elevator that is clearly not using the "today's" safety rules... Then the room was sad, dark (poor lightening) and sheets were dirty(hair in the beds... The view? Clearly none... Except maybe the water tank and A.C of the building... It was really depressing to stay there especially knowing that the cost of the room was exuberant for this type of facilities ! DO NOT GO THERE!

We can’t wait until tomorrow to get out of there! Filthy rooms, besides you can hear the normal talking of other people staying next to our room. The whole building needs renovation ASAP! For 309€ (3 nights) is a robbery!

Surprisingly nice hotel! Very close proximity to all central places. Plenty of food choices nearby. Only problem is the flight of stairs to climb from entrance to the lobby. Otherwise, all good.

- Location: it is totally awesome. A 7 minute-walk from the cathedral and from the Trinidade metro station, and a 2 minute-walk from the Sao Bento train station and from the lively part of the city center. - Very cheap, but at the same time equipped with everything you need (hair-drier, towels, fridge, small safe deposit box, BIDET, etc). - Using the elevator might slow you down, since there are many floors (six, I guess) and many rooms served by it. - Room window a bit defective to open.

The room is small and the bed very very hard, but clean and quiet. Bathroom is newly renovated and ok. No actual space in the room to sit and work, as the desk is smaller than my laptop. Location I good right at the city centre. Price vs. quality is in my opinion too high.

Clean, convenient, basic hotel at a great location. Somewhat noisy, discounted parking for 10 euro but I chose the closer 16 euro/day public parking. 15min walk to River front and historic district/bridge. Good hotel, great walking distance to all the attractions in Porto.

We booked this place by accident during our trip in Portugal. The booking was made 12 days in advance and we quickly (within 24hrs) tried to cancel and ask for a refund. The hotel refused to return our money and stole our hard earned money. I work in e-commerce and am very familiar with costs associated to refunding credit cards (2-4% max!). Instead, because they are a bunch of thieves they refused to return our money and got to keep over 100EURO for free. All of this during COVID. SHAME ON YOU!

We had a great stay here for our long weekend in Porto. The central location is excellent for being a tourist. There was some noise one night from people leaving bars but we turned on the ac and kept the window closed and didn’t notice it the next night. Overall was clean and comfortable.
