As a resolution, they put seven people in a double room and increased the price..
During the weekend the air conditioning does not work because it is operated by the hotel, the rooms do not have ac controls.

The rooms are cold, there is no hair dryer, but the employees are friendly, wonderful people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quarto bastante confortável, com uma equipa de limpeza muito eficiente. Ar condiconado e televisão. Infelizmente não conseguimos aceder ao Wi-Fi providenciado pelo hotel. E ouvia-se algum barulho dos hóspedes no corredor e nos quartos vizinhos (algo que não pode ser totalmente controlado pelo hotel)
A sala de jantar é ótima! E o atendimento no geral foi excelente!

Very comfortable room, with a very efficient cleaning team. Air conditioning and television. Unfortunately, we were unable to access the Wi-Fi provided by the hotel. And there was some noise from guests in the hallway and neighboring rooms (something that cannot be fully controlled by the hotel)
The dining room is great! And the service overall was excellent!
To repeat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beds were so uncomfortable that i barely slept, and i always woke up sweating because the air conditioning was really low, but we couldn't put it high because it was so loud... And it's right next to the street so u hear everything...
